Refund policy: Prices quoted are based on group participation. Client cancellation requests must be sent via email clearly stating the reason and request for the cancellation. In case the client cancels the trip, a scale of charges specific to their particular program and dates the refund is being requested will apply. 

Delivery policy: A Terms and Conditions document will be sent for signature that details the precise specifics of what each program includes and does not include as well as a detailed cancellation and refund policy.

Return policy: Deposits are non-refundable and there are no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip. 

Privacy policy: All information collected is strictly for internal use, kept confidential and will never be shared with or sold to any third firms, researchers or sellers.

Cancellation policy: If the program is postponed because Force Majeure, it will be rescheduled to a date mutually agreed upon and the schedule for progress payments will be delayed according to the program postponement, and any monies paid will be credited against the new program date.
